Описание: Minecraft’s creator Notch has been banned from attending Minecraft events, including its 10-year anniversary celebration.

Back in 2009, Markus Persson, aka Notch, released the highest selling game ever, Minecraft.

Wanting to try out new things, he sold Minecraft to Microsoft in 2014 and became a billionaire. He even outbid Jay-Z and Beyoncé for this $70 million house with a candy room.

After selling Minecraft, Notch totally disconnected from the game and has had no further say in its development. However, that’s not why he’s banned from events.

In the years that have followed, Notch has made some fairly offensive tweets on his X or twitter account.

His statements have included criticising Micrsoft’s direction with the company, supporting conspiracy theories, making offensive statements about trans people and defending his ability to be white among others.

As a result, Microsoft removed all mentions of Notch in Minecraft except in the credits and banned him from attending the 10 year celebration of the game.
