Last weekend, it finally snowed in Kyoto! ❄️
As a foreigner living in Japan, seeing the city covered in white for the first time was like walking into a fairytale 🧚🏽♀️
We took a spontaneous walk along the Philosopher's Path, stopped for a warm Teishoku lunch, and I even made my first snow angel! This is a little glimpse into what life in Japan feels like.

先週末、ついに京都に大雪が降りました！京都に住む外国人の私にとって、街中が真っ白に染まった景色を見るのは今回が初めて。まるで絵本のような世界に入り込んだ気分でした。夫のニルスと一緒に哲学の道を散歩したり、温かい定食ランチを食べたり、童心に帰って雪とはしゃいだり…。外国人から見た、特別で美しい京都の冬の１日をお届けします。
