The highly impressive next generation REV range of machines offer speed, are fully automatic, totally electric, and use PowerDrive Technology therefore requiring zero air.
The REV5 is the fastest, most energy efficient and flexible single lane tray sealer incorporating the latest technology. Using SyncroFLEX control; we can ensure a continuous flow of trays through the machine from infeed to outfeed, eliminating any need for pausing or buffering maintaining full pack stability at maximum speed. Combined with MiAssist and SyncroFLEX-PRO,
the REV5 has an intuitive adaptive speed control which ensures the machine only runs at the speed required based on the packs been fed to the machine.
The machine has been developed to accept up to 6 trays at a time subject to tray size. The REV5 at maximum speed is capable of achieving up to 25 cycles per minute depending on product and packaging material combinations.
The REV5 boasts many features which will benefit the user in terms of efficiency, speed and reporting.
