Описание: Hello family 😍💖 This is my Fifth video! 💋
Today I am going to show you how to cook a traditional and popular Iranian food called Dizi.The other name of Dizi is Abgoosht.Abgoosht means the water of the meat.But it does not contains of just meat and water!It is made af many ingredients that I will tell you bellow in the recipe part.This delicious Broth is usually made of lamb meat but you can cook it with cow meat and even chicken meat.Even if you are vegeterian or Vegan,you can cook it with this recipe and just delete meat from it.It will be very delicious.In this cold day I cooked this tasty broth in my yard.We usually eat Abgoosht with defferent pickles and fresh vegetables and fresh onion and buttermilk and a special Iranian bread called Sangak.After it It is very good to make and drink a hot tea on fire.These days are the last days of Iranian year and the new year is very close to us.So I cleaned a part of a yard of my country home beside cooking.When you live in village or the countryside you always have things to do in the yard!😍😜

This is the recipe of a delicious and traditional Iranian food named Dizi or Abgoosht 😋🍲😋 :

Ingredients :

Lamb meat : 500 Gr
Lamb tail fat : 100 Gr
Chickpea : 1 Glass
White bean : 1 Glass
Onion : 1
Potato : 2
Garlic : 1
Omani lemon : 4
Turmeric : 2 Jam spoons
Salt : 1 Jam spoons
Black pepper : 1 Jam spoons
Dried mint : 1 Jam spoons
Vegetable oil : 2 Table spoons
Tomato paste : 2 Table spoons
Cinnamon stick : 1

We ate our Dizi with these:

Pepper pickle
Garlic pickle
Buttermilk
Fresh vegetables
Sangak bread

Recipe:

Put chickpea and white bean in water for 12 hours and then pour its water away.Then chopp the meat and tail fat and put them all together in the pot.Add onion and garlic and omani lemon and turmeric and black pepper and cinnamon stick and Water.Now put the pot on the stove.after about 2 hours add potato to it.Then fry the tomato paste and dried mint in vegetable oil and smash the tail fat in a bowl and mix them together.Now add them to the pot.ater about 30 minutes your broth is ready.
Serving Dizi is a little special,so watch the end of the video to do it perfect.Enjoy It 😋😋😋
