Cell Builder - Geometry Nodes and Upcoming Projects from CGFigures

Описание: This video is more a commentary and less a tutorial but I think it's worth posting. Geometry nodes are a new feature in Blender and they have a lot to offer. Specifically they have the potential to simplify a lot of complex modeling and redirect some focus to the more artistic aspects of figure design.

One thing I really wanted to do with CGFigures was lower the barrier to entry for scientists starting out in 3D. Procedural control over modeling will open all kinds of new doors and I'm really excited to finally see this feature set implemented in Blender. I'll still be doing plenty of traditional modeling and materials tutorials as well as tutorials breaking down geometry nodes but you can also expect new assets using geometry nodes to come out of the channel.
