If both heated/cooled seat buttons are functional, and its not giving you the clicking or the 'turned on fan' sounds, then this could be your solution.
Detached the SCME module from under the passenger seat and take off the harnesses. inspect if the bottom right of the biggest harness has burn mark on it. If you do, remove the pigtail pin, and transfer the wire onto the next available grounding spot to the immediate left.
