John Lennon vocal, but credited to all 4 Beatles.
It's official title is "Suzy Parker" who was a model from the late 40's to the early 60's. A muse for photographer Richard Avedon.
The song topic is definitely Suzy's (massage) Parlour where "everybody's welcome to 'come'" and "everybody gets 'well done'" - Paul throws in the model's similar sounding name in the background vocals.
This recording has been re-balanced and remastered by Red Hector. None of these are copied and pasted from boots, they are original mixes!
