Описание: Today, we have 4 hearings in a case with a couple where Mom has forced them to have an evidentiary
hearing because she has been denying Dad his parenting time, and when she is asked if she is willing
to surrender the child, she tells the judge no.


When mom states she’ll not surrender the child to Dad because of awful things he has supposedly
done, the judge does not care.


Produce the child or go to jail.


All of the sudden she can deliver the child, right away!
