I’m focusing on building muscle, strength, and bone density as I get older, not just for aesthetics but for long-term health, mobility, and independence. I like to think of it as Nursing Home Prevention — choosing habits today that keep me strong, capable, and thriving for decades to come.
Strength training is one of the most powerful tools we have for:
