for making dough
2 cups atta/wheat flour
1/4 cup besan/gram flour
desi ghee as needed
1 med size beetroot, boiled, peeled & grated
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder

for the stuffing
1 cup grated paneer/cottage cheese
3 tsp chopped hara dhania/cilantro
1 tsp ginger paste & 1 chopped green chilli
1 med sized chopped onion
1/4 tsp ajwain/carom seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
