Today we talk about those who are entering the kingdom of heaven and those who aren’t. If Matthew 7:21-23 has caused a holy fear, good. If you have wondered if you would hear “get away from me. I never knew you” and you care, you are not practicing lawlessness. 
What is lawlessness? Someone who was practicing lawlessness is in willful disobedience to God. They are habitually sinning and they don’t care about God and what He wants. They have all that outward religious activity, but lack love for God. They love themselves instead of loving God. They have no desire to walk in obedience to the Lord. They want to be the king of their own lives and practice evil. They lack internal transformation. These are the ones not entering the kingdom of God.
If you love God, you are known by Him.
