HP LJ MFP 4101fdn Factory Reset
Hold down the ? on the touchpad then power on the printer ans in about 5 sec when you see a black screen let go of the ? then press the top back, then ? then back twice. Now you should see a blue screen. Select Menu then next to full reset.
