Take note:
(This is a court marriage which is solemnized with the help of a lawyer or county clerk. They will not assist any issues if you encounter some problems about legalizing it in your foreign country, so, you and your husband are the one who will need to act and do papers when it comes to the Marriage legalization procedure such as report and registration in your own country)


1. It is legal in the United States and other countries but here in the Philippines, you must report the marriage in Philippine General Consulate of San Francisco to be legalize in the Philippines and have your PSA marriage certificate.

2. For payments, it is better to pay using your US based card (debit or credit) for smooth transaction. If you have no card that is US based address, maybe, you can call/talk to your bank to have transaction in USA for the payments of the License number/ certificates, marriage ceremony and payment for apostille Marriage certificate and ship this to your current address.

VISA: You must see each other in person before you both decide to get married, because this will affect your VISA application and process in the FUTURE. (I wrote this only for VISA not a requirement in ONLINE WEDDING) you may have the ceremony even both of you didn't see in person. I hope you UNDERSTAND what I wanted to say about this note.

Utah County site is now updated (2021) with new processes and requirements, so, there are changes with process of application, so please make sure to read and understand the information given in their website and in your email to lessen mistakes.

Before, it must be the address or clerk's office of Utah, but now, you may fill up with your foreign cointry current address.
