🍼 Baby Nutrition Guide (0–12 Months)
The first year of life is very important for a baby’s growth, brain development, and immunity. Proper nutrition during this stage builds a strong foundation for lifelong health.
👶 0–6 Months
✅ Exclusive Breastfeeding is Highly Recommended
Only mother’s milk (no water, honey, or other foods)

🥣 6–8 Months

👉 Feed 2–3 times per day in small portions.
🍲 8–10 Months
