Описание: "Ten Frames" is a series of video/slideshow shorts on a singular theme. The theme for this one is "Theory Over Time #32."

"Theory Over Time" are sets of ten photographs, randomly initiated at six minute intervals (exactly) over the course of an hour. Begun in 2014. Each set explores serendipity, space, time, light, and movement among other universal aspects of existence. It’s ten photographs because of the number of 6x7cm frames when using 120 roll film.

It’s not the same as time-lapse photography where actual time is compressed using hundreds to thousands of frames that are sped up, like showing the passage of a day into a few minutes. The hour it took to take the ten photographs is compressed into a minute—the photos are not sped up. They’re slowed down. Photographs: July 2015
