Bought my first property 1 year ago and have just started investing in ETFs. Should I focus more attention on paying down my mortgage faster or investing in ETFs more? I’ve heard you speak about debt recycling but idk how that works or if I’m in a position for that to be of benefit to me!!!

There are a LOT of happily single women (often Mums) who divorced in their late 40s, early 50s. We’re planning on retiring single, and have good (but not amazing) incomes.
How do we balance saving for retirement, paying down the mortgage, having an emergency fund (super important I think given there is no one else to rely on if you lose your job) and simply enjoying the here and now?
How do you know when to seek financial advice given it will hit the emergency fund! (Btw - my emergency fund is split between offsetting the mortgage and in ETFs). Thanks.
