Описание: When visiting the village of Pranza, La Moskitia, Honduras one family was eager to show me their scarlet macaw. They reported that the bird was rescued from a wild fire as a chick. They had never clipped the wing feathers and the bird could fly. I did not see the bird fly though the family reported that bird flew around the village and always came back. In this video, the scarlet macaw chooses to play with the young girl, both of whom are about the same age and are growing up together.
