I've been a practice owner since 2014 and there are times I love it and times I hate it. Real talk: it is a LOT of work. But it's the price I pay for having the autonomy to do the quality of work I think patients deserve and that I am proud to do. I don't think practice ownership is for everyone, so in this dental vlog I wanted to show the unglamorous aspects of practice ownership. It is a lot of stuff that dental school does not warn you about and is found nowhere on Instagram. Again, I know this is 10/10 boring but if you want a glimpse into practice ownership here it is.
