There are so many varities of kulfi...Today I am sharing kulfi with leftover sweets... its ery easy to make and very delicious and tasty.

Ingredients:
leftover Peda(mithai) 125 grams
Full Fat milk 1/2 litre
Saffron 8-10 strands(optional)
Sugar 1/3 cup or as per your taste
Elaychi Powder 1 teaspoon
Recipe In Detail:
First crush the leftover peda or sweet and keep aside.. Boil milk at high flame stir occasionaly, Soak saffron in two table spoon milk and keep aside.. boil the milk at medium flame for 10 minutes stir in between so that it doesn't burn in bottom.
After 10 minutes add crush peda mix it well, Now add sugar, saffron milk and cardamom powder mix all the ingredients...
Now, simmer the milk at medium - low flame for 8-10 minutes (cook till it become half of total quantity), stir in between.
After 10 minutes turn off the flame cool it down completely.
Fill the kulfi mixture in kulfi moulds, and put them for one hour in refrigerator...after one hour kulfi is liittle bit set insert the ice cream sticks and put them again in refrigerator for 6-8 hours to set the kulfi completely.
After 6-8 hours, unmould the kulfi...roll the kulfi mould between your palms for 1-2 second and take out the kulfi safely by holding the stick..
Garnish it with chopped dryfruits.
Our kulfi is ready to serve...Beat the heat with this wonderful and delicious kulfi...
