Ayappan Dosai Kadai is one among those restaurants that serve exclusively different varieties of vegetarian Dosai... Dosai is a savory dish made with rice flour....This savory dish can be consumed with various gravies or even with normal sugar....

But this Ayyappan dosai kadai in Madurai which operates for more than 40 years serve it completely unique in the evening time.... These dosais are completely different and cannot be seen anywhere else....

Oh my god - Every Dosai is completely good and I never expected that these dosai's can be prepared with the same flour but on different tastes....

They served me Pizza Dosai, Schezwan Dosai, Butterscotch Dosai, Strawberry Dosai, Honey dosai, etc.., All their sweet varieties were too good and they came piping hot from the pan to the plate....

Hats off to Ayyappan Dosai kadai for maintaining the same quality for the past 40 years and managing the huge crowd extremely well... Dosai's prepared by the Master (Ayyappan - Owner) comes perfect even though there are plenty of people seated....

The owner, Employees are very much friendly and I bet you would enjoy the ambience while experiencing these different varieties of Dosai in Madurai… I say this because they keep on interacting and would take care of each and every guest with utmost care....
