It's now day 10, 11 and 12 of the Every Bit Counts Challenge for 2024. August is progressing, and so are we at preserving the harvest and a few surprises along the way. Though we grow a lot of our own food through canning, dehydrating and freezing we also take advantage of picking up a few things for the pantry when we can. And this week we did just that!
