The NES, which is being implemented by the Jamaica Exporters' Association (JEA) and Jamaica Trade and Invest (JTI/JAMPRO) and championed by the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce, is a unified private/public initiative that seeks to maximise the export sectors direct contribution to economic and social development by enhancing the competitiveness of the sector.
