Описание: Paula Powers relies on a wheelchair following the amputation of her leg in 2010. As a result, Paula, who lives and works in Pauls Valley, depends upon Delta Area Transit to get her to and from work, to go shopping and to doctor appointments. “In this small town, there are no other options,” Paula says. “For a rural area, it’s of utmost importance to people like me who are disabled. If we didn’t have this transit we’d all be stuck at home.”
