Walking barefoot has been part of my daily routine for the last three years. I do it at least 30 mins every single day but try to walk all day long if I can regardless of the weather. I love it! Walking barefoot not only gives me tremendous joy and pleasure it also strengths and stretches the muscles, tendons, and ligaments in my feet. Who wouldn’t want that?!
