India Achieves Indigenous Space Surveillance Capability

This is the first time a domestic company has showcased imaging of other objects in space using entirely homegrown technology.

The achievement highlights India’s growing space situational awareness and surveillance capacity.

India’s indigenous algorithms, electro-optical systems, and satellite engineering were used to track and identify objects in orbit.

This milestone is considered a significant step toward strengthening space security and surveillance capabilities for the nation.
