Crossover deadlift
Forward + reverse lunge + drive (L)
Lateral lunge → reverse lunge (L)
Single leg deadlift (L)
Slow sumo squat
Wide calf raises
Forward + reverse lunge + drive (R)
Lateral lunge → reverse lunge (R)
Single leg deadlift (R)
1 ½ rep wide deadlift
Calf raise pulses
Alt. front racked curtsy lunges
