This is how I made cinnamon rolls on the blackstone griddle. These came out perfect and I would for sure do them again. I baked cinnamon rolls on a cookie sheet with a dome over them and I also made smashed cinnamon rolls. Bother we’re amazing but I like the baked cinnamon rolls better. Would be very easy to do it you have a blackstone griddle with a lid. I used pillsbury grand deluxe cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon rolls I baked took about 15 minutes and the smashed cinnamon rolls took about nine minutes. I preferred the ones that baked on the rack but they were both delicious. I flipped the smashed ones multiple times to try and prevent to much crunch.
