Progress is steadily taking shape at WAADA - BT Properties Dubai

• Rough grading is now 100% complete for Phase 1, with Phase 2 works already underway.
• Enabling works for the first high-rise tower are nearing completion, including shoring, piling, and dewatering.
• Mobilisation has commenced for the second high-rise tower, with site levelling, excavation, perimeter fencing, and preparations for shoring in progress.
• Soil investigations required for design have been successfully completed.
Each milestone brings us closer to bringing the vision of WAADA to life.
