Use the right color underneath your eyeshadow to make it pop and stand out way more than ever before...
For light or even white colors use a white base, for dark colors or even black use a dark base. If you want to be extra you can even look for the same vibrant color as a base as your eyeshadow is.
This base can be anything going from a concealer to a gel liner or pencil. It doesn't matter as long as its creamy and you can put it on your eyelid!
