Описание: Sometimes you don't have time for a low n' slow cook or you decide the day of you way pulled pork.... Have no worries I have you covered, at 350 degrees you can have a good sized pork butt done in about 5 hours!!! Give it about 3 hours until the color looks just right, wrap it tightly in foil and keep cooking about 90-120 minutes until it is probe tender. A short rest on the counter and viola..... PULLED PORK!!!
