The Road Accident Fund CEO Collins Letsoalo says there is a campaign against the RAF driven by some lawyers, academics, editors and journalists that have failed to capture the fund.
Briefing the media in Pretoria earlier, Letsoalo says there are people who are against the reform of RAF systems, and they are allegedly waging a propaganda campaign since they failed to get their way with the fund.
