Services Provided
We offer music production services, which may include:

Custom instrumental production

Beat licensing

Mixing and mastering

Vocal recording and editing

Ownership & Licensing
a. Custom Productions
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all rights to custom productions remain with the Producer until full payment is received. Upon full payment:

Client receives the agreed-upon usage rights (e.g., exclusive or non-exclusive license).

Copyright may be transferred upon request with a signed agreement.
Leased Beats / Non-Exclusive Licenses
You may use leased beats for commercial purposes within the agreed-upon usage limits (e.g., number of streams, downloads, or units sold).

You may not claim exclusive ownership or copyright of leased beats.

Credit must be given as follows: @UndercoverBeatz.

Exclusive Licenses
Grants the client full usage rights, with the beat or production removed from further licensing by the Producer.

Copyright remains with the Producer unless otherwise transferred in writing.

Payment Terms
All prices are listed in [Currency].

For custom work, a deposit (typically 50%) is required upfront; the remaining balance is due upon final delivery.

No files will be delivered until payment is received in full.

Revisions

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion, especially in cases of:

Non-payment

Abusive or inappropriate behavior

Violation of these Terms

Governing Law
