🎄 Journal Cover Embroidery | Letter “C” Design with tiny embroidered flowers and teeny tiny beads

In this slow stitching session, I’m working on the cover for my Christmas Journal — stitching a special letter C that stands for Christmas (and for Cher Johnston, too!). I wanted this piece to feel festive but personal, so I added layered flowers, leaves, and a few tiny seed beads for a bit of sparkle.

In this video, I show how to make a buttonhole wheel flower with colonial knot centers, a lazy daisy flower, fly stitch leaves, and a buttonhole leaf — plus how I attach seed beads for extra texture. Most of this project was done in a hoop (a bit different for me!), so I stitched using the stab stitch instead of my usual scoop stitch.
