How To Show Subsequent Hidden Rows Using A Button In Excel

Описание: In this advanced excel tutorial you are going to learn how to create a button to unhide/show hidden rows one by one. That means if you click the button then next hidden row will appear and if you click the show button again the next hidden row will appear again and so on.

In this excel tutorial i will use VBA (Visual Basic for Application) Coding and also used Excel 2019. But this tutorial is applicable to All excel version from excel 2010.
Now lets follow the instructions to show subsequent rows in excel using a custom button.
We have two segments in this tutorial.
1: Design a button: In this segment we are going to design our button
Step 1: Click on the “Insert: tab from the ribbon
Step 2: Select “Shapes”
Step 3: Draw your button with shapes
Step 4: Name your button and format it according to your need & design

2: Write VBA code: In this segment we are going to write the VBA code and assign that code to our button.

Step 2: Click on Visual Basic (Learn VBA Programming: http://bit.ly/excelvbacourse)
Step 3: Click "Insert" and then "Module"
Step 4: Write the code (Please subscribe and here goes the code:   / 31329112  )
Step 5: Close the VBE (Visual Basic Editor)
Step 6: Right click on the button you just created
Step 7: Select “Assign Macro”
Step 8: Select the Macro name from the list and click OK.
