EMC problems usually occur at higher frequencies than the highest internal frequency. The reason for this is that any arbitrary signal can be composed of many single sinusoidal signals. Thus, a 20MHZ clock signal may cause problems at 100MHz. This video first shows how the frequency spectrum of a rectangular signal, triangular signal and trapezoidal signal looks mathematically. Afterwards, the determined formula is explained and proven in the laboratory.
