Training a Squirrel Dog

Описание: This is one method I use to get pups started on both coon and squirrel. Important things to remember is that I only do this a couple of times with a pup, and when teaching a dog to tree do not let the game hang so low that it encourages the dog to jump all over the tree risking injury. That is known as tree jacking and can be easier prevented with proper training. I use many other methods but this is a favorite of mine because it very similarly replicates what a squirrel dog or coon dog will be doing in the wild.
