Saltfish Cakes Recipe:
2 cups of all purpose flour
2 cups water
2 tbsp of baking powder
350 grams of salted cod fish
1 tomatos finely diced
1 small onion finely diced
2 stalks of scallions finely diced
1 tbsp of garlic paste
1 tbsp of caribbean green seasoning
2 tbsp of fresh thyme
2 tbsp fresh basil
finely diced yellow and red pepper
black pepper
1 tbsp curry powder or turmeric
salt to taste
oil to fry
Hot Sauce Recipe:
5 scotch bonnet pepper
3 garlic cloves
fresh basil
1 green onion stalk
1/3 cup of white distilled vinegar
1 tbsp sea salt
