From discussing their football-focussed childhoods, to reflecting on how they create pre-match confidence, Grace and Matt lift the lid on their journeys in football - all whilst painting pictures of each other! As the pair step out of their comfort zones to try something new with confidence and a Know You Can attitude, they explain the importance of looking after Future You, through things as small as treating others with respect and investing in reusable water bottles.
