Accessibility doesn’t automatically mean access.
A service can pass every checklist and still be unusable in real life. Not because people can’t use it but because they don’t feel safe, confident, or supported enough to try.
This video explores the gap between technical accessibility and real human access, the people who get left behind, and why removing human support in the name of “accessibility” often causes more harm than good.
Accessibility isn’t a UI problem. It’s a service design problem.
