Описание: Newbury Park senior Nico Young continued to shred the record books, this time slicing half a minute off the previous record at the Riverside Championship Course in winning the 3-mile race in a 13:55 stunner! One could tell that Nico wasn't going all out (tough to believe, but true). His plan was to try to break the course record without tapping all his energy; he's aiming to conserve some magic for the upcoming CIF-State and Nike Cross Nationals meets!
