Delhi Murder Case: UPSC Aspirant Found Dead in Delhi Home, Ex-Employee Detained | India Today

Описание: An incident has emerged from the Amar Colony area in Delhi, where a former domestic help allegedly assaulted and murdered a twenty-two-year-old engineering graduate and UPSC aspirant. The accused, who was familiar with the household's morning routine and security layout, entered the residence while the victim's parents were away. He proceeded to the rooftop study room, where he overpowered the victim, attacked her with a lamp, and allegedly sexually assaulted her after rendering her unconscious. Following the attack, the accused dragged the victim downstairs to open a biometric locker using her fingerprint. When this failed, he used a screwdriver to break into the locker and rob the house. Before escaping, he changed out of his bloodstained clothes, as captured on CCTV footage. Police investigations reveal the accused was driven by debts from online gaming. Authorities are also probing his potential involvement in another sexual assault case in Rajasthan hours before arriving in Delhi. Six individuals have been detained as the investigation continues.
