Описание: This is an example foot zone. Keep in mind that this is not the only way to foot zone. I never do the same thing with each zone. The signal points are the same but I allow my hands to guide how long to work on something and where to move next. Sometimes I will have to work really hard on the back, in area 3, and then zip through area 4. Other times, I will spend most of my time in area 4, or clearing emotions. This is to show you how everything flows together. This footzone only took me 30 minutes to complete but usually it will take you at least 45 minutes. Because I didn't want the video too long, I just went from motion to motion (sorry if I missed any treatments). I wanted you to see how it flows together.
