By interviewing industry leaders across the country, we get a first hand look at the various career opportunities available to the next generation, with a particular focus on equity and sustainability.

ABOUT SCOTT:
Scott McIlwee is the Director of Culinary Operations for The Neighbourhood Group of Companies, which includes five restaurants in the Guelph & KW area (Borealis Kitchener and Guelph, Miijidaa, Park Eatery, and The Wooly Pub). Scott is a Red Seal chef with many years of experience, and is passionate about local and environmentally responsible food.
