This 2021 Cobalt CS23 is like new. It has less than 10 hours on the boat, and the gel coat and interior are like new. It has been kept on a covered lift and only used in freshwater. The Volvo Penta 280hp engine gives this boat plenty of power to cruise the lake, ski, wakeboard, or go tubing. This boat is still covered under factory warranty.
