✨Recipe:
-roast hot peppers in 450 degree oven, turning once, until charred (approx 10 mins)
-peel skin, remove half of the seeds, and coarsely chop
-cook chopped garlic in olive oil until golden
-mix hot peppers, garlic and oil, one tablespoon of vinegar, and salt to taste
-keep in the fridge for up to one month
