Описание: Our patient has been having issues with tension in the upper body which manifests as neck and shoulder pain, midback restriction, and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS). Her neurovascular entrapment in the scalenes was mild, but enough to cause tingling in both hands. This is often the consequence of restriction of rib movement, as it causes the scalenes to overwork during respiration.

I demonstrate a safe, gentle approach to free up the rib cage. She happens to have scoliosis, but this approach is applicable whether scoliosis is present or not.
