The song INDIA is a love song and is about a lover leaving his loved one to travel to a distant faraway land. It is a Brazilian Portuguese song which was originally sung by Perla from Paraguay and became famous in the 50s. However during the 60s and 70s, one of the members of a famous group band in Goa by the name "Young Caballeros" composed a Konkani song with the same music.
And after more than 50 years two of their group members Camilo Menezes and Jose Felipe Braganza decided to bring back those memories.
The videography and song direction has been done by Camilo's 16 year old grandson Ahren Menezes Pinto who also happens to be specializing in Tabla and Kalari at the Isha Samskriti school in Coimbatore.
