Job Title: Branch Service Officer (BSO)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: All major cities – Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar & more
Experience Required: None – Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university (preferably in Business, Commerce, or Economics)

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service to walk-in customers

Manage cash transactions, deposits, and withdrawals

Handle utility bill payments, remittances & account inquiries

Assist in ATM operations and ensure accurate record-keeping

Comply with SBP regulations and internal audit policies
