Описание: Longer Ray5 Laser diode 30mm higher and thinner legs. The advantage you can load your work from the front. It easy also to remove the honeycomb bed for cleaning and for the removal of the small parts that get stuck within it. Now also very easy to clean out all the debris that falls below the honeycomb bed which is a good way to reduce a fire hazard.

These are easy to cut and assemble, just get you power and speed setting correct for your laser, making sure you have set your KERF to ensure you get a good fit.

Made from 4mm standard plywood, you just need standard wood glue. I have reused the bolts from the original legs. You do need 2no M5 x 15mm bolts, nuts and washer to attached the control box, and one M5 x 20mm and a M5x15mm standard hex head bolt to secure the control box leg onto the frame.

How do I easy load and unload my projects on my diode laser. Also removing the honeycomb bed is just as easy. When installing the honeycomb bed its locked into position and give you a perfect 0,0 zero, zero home position. Its literally done in seconds.
