How To Make Creamy Chicken Stroganoff | Ep 544

2 chicken breast fillets (app 700g)
1 onion, finely diced
300g mushrooms, finely sliced
3-4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup white wine
2 tbsp wholegrain mustard/seeded mustard
3 tbsp plain flour
1/4 cup plain water
1 cup sour cream

Garnish with coriander or parsley
Serve with chips, rice, pasta, salad, bread, on its own etc.
